Culture & Artifacts: NW Indigenous
with Chuck Roxin
Culture and Artifacts: Northwest Indigenous Nations During our four-session summer series, we will review the cultural history and legacy of Northwestern Indigenous peoples using materials from The Burke Museum. The Burke Museum maintains a lending library of Northwest Indigenous arts, crafts and some archeological items used for education. The Burke has carefully curated materials that we will view in class. In addition, we will screen a combination of documentary and dramatic film excerpts by and about Indigenous societies.
