Gentle and Restorative Yoga, S2

Class Description

Join us this summer for a gentle yoga followed by restorative yoga. We will begin with a short yoga sequence to warm up and release some tension. Then we will use yoga props to explore restorative yoga poses for the remainder of each class. These poses are designed to fully support the body, so your mind can rest and restore. This is a time of stillness and quiet. This class is offered two times a week, and it will be the same class for both days. We will change the restorative poses each week. We have props for 7 students, including bolsters, blocks, straps, and a wool blanket. To best experience these sessions, please be prepared with the following: Yoga mat Loose clothes (no jeans) Socks 1 blanket to cover your body with 2 hand towels (small dish towels or washcloths) An eye covering (a small towel works) A warm beverage if you like Wednesdays, 1:00 – 2:30 In Person: Room B5 Class Limit: 7

Cancellation Policy

Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops before the end of the first week of classes. Registration fees are non-refundable
