Class Description

Each body is unique, and we all experience yoga differently. This gentle and adaptive Hatha yoga class can develop a better understanding of how your body moves. Beginning with attention to the breath, then moving to slow warm ups, helps the body and mind connect. A focus on moving at your own pace allows space for each person to listen to their own body’s wisdom, and move safely throughout the class. Working from the floor or a chair and moving to a standing position, we will explore different postures (asana) and experience different adaptations. We end each class with gentle stretching, breath, and a quiet meditation, inspired by the Kripalu Tradition. Jai bhagwan, Namaste. Bring a yoga mat. A yoga block and/or blanket are optional. There are no hands-on corrections. This class is verbally guided with demonstrations as needed. ZOOM Wednesday: 1:00pm - 2:30pm Class Limit: 15

Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops a class before the start date.
