This yoga class is great for both beginning yoga students and more experienced yoga practitioners. Experience moving slowly at a relaxed pace to connect the breath with the body. Working from a yoga mat or from a chair, we will explore different postures, breath work, and meditation. Adaptations for movements are offered to be kinder to joints, sore muscles, or anyone who would like a lighter practice. Bring a yoga mat. A yoga block and/or blanket are optional. There are NO hands-on corrections. This class is verbally guided with demonstrations. *Please Note: We need a minimum of 4 students to hold class.
