Class Description
Gentle Yoga with Focus on Building Strength Join us to practice gentle yoga with a focus on building strength. In this term, we will slowly build up to poses varying in strength. This yoga class is adaptive for a range of abilities. As usual, move with your needs and comfort levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a towel or throw blanket with you to class. Layers are always encouraged. *Please note: I am teaching two sessions of the same class. Please sign up for only one session, but you are free to join the other session and come twice a week. Mondays, 1:00 - 2:15 In Person: B5 Class Limit: 12

Cancellation Policy
Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops before the end of the first week of classes. Registration fees are non-refundable
