Gentle Yoga for Strength and Focus

Class Description
In this gentle yoga class we will practice strengthening the body and developing focus. We will begin on the floor to prepare the body for stronger movements. Each class will consist of finding ease in a standing pose while developing focus and concentration. We will end each class back on the floor with gentle movements to allow the body to rest. We will also practice different breath patterns to help calm the nervous system. Be prepared with: -a yoga mat -clothes that allow you to move (no jeans or constricting items) -a beverage -a soft towel for your head or body as it can get cold when we rest Wednesdays, 10:30 - 12:00 *Class begins 1/14 In Person: B5 Class Limit: 12
Cancellation Policy
Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops before the end of the first week of classes. Registration fees are non-refundable
