Gentle Yoga with Deep Core Focus

Class Description

This yoga class will focus on the deep core muscles to help support the spine and improve posture. We will practice movements that can be adapted for your needs. We will also practice slow moving yoga poses with attention to the breath. Please bring a yoga mat, and a light blanket or towel as it can be cool. *Please Note: We need a minimum of 4 students to hold class. Wednesdays, 1:00 - 2:30, *No class 11/13 & 11/20 In Person: Room B5 Class Limit: 15

Cancellation Policy

Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops before the end of the first week of classes. Registration fees are non-refundable
