Class Description
Gentle movements help students function with increased comfort, flexibility and balance. Relaxing and varied movement lessons stimulate the brain's neuroplasticity to increase awareness of our movement habits. Explore options for using your body in sitting, reaching, walking, and other activities. The first six lessons will focus on increasing balance. No experience needed. Lessons may be done lying on a mat on the floor or seated in flat-bottomed chairs. Wear comfortable clothing. All participants will be asked to sign a release form. *Please Note: Gail is teaching on Zoom and In Person at the same time. Please sign up for one format or the other.
