Moving with Greater Ease Feldenkrais

Would you like to pursue your daily, recreation, and exercise activities with more ease and comfort? Could neuroplasticity help you accomplish that? The Feldenkrais Method® helps us learn easier movement, with increased flexibility and balance, while possibly reducing chronic pain. Join us online or in person for lessons of small, slow, gentle movement variations. No experience needed. Lessons may be done lying on a mat on the floor or seated in flat-bottomed chairs. Wear comfortable clothing. All participants will be asked to agree to a liability release form. Fall 2023 classes will be about improving balance, starting with lessons for use of the feet and moving up the body from there. *Please note: Gail is teaching on Zoom and in person at the same time; sign up for one format or the other.
