with Marianne LoGerfo

Class Description

Ukraine: The Forging of a People, 1800 to 1938 While war, famine and pogroms fill the history books, the stories and memoirs, poetry and art of the people themselves bear witness to their struggle to save and celebrate their land, language, culture and each other. Our class is also offered on zoom on Thursdays, 10:30 to noon. Please sign up for only one of the classes, but feel free to attend either a Tuesday or Thursday session as your schedule permits. A recording of the zoom class is sent out each week.
