Visions Before Time Began: A Painting Class This painting workshop introduces the Australian Aboriginal images from the Centre Desert Region that we call "dot painting". You'll come to understand the meaning of this visual art through the work of several image makers via their ancient belief systems, symbols, designs and techniques first observed by “Westerners” in the 1970s. Throughout the eight weeks, you'll create your own personal "Dreaming" paintings. Materials fee of $5.00 to instructor; all materials are supplied.
