German Policing and Public Order

The nephew of one of our generous instructors, Georg Brandt is a German political scientist and sociologist who has worked for over twenty years in the Academic Education of German Police Officers. This talk will be about how policing is organized and works in today's Germany, like securing public order, policing domestic violence, and illegal migration. Participants will learn about different national and cultural views on policing and public order.
