About the Event
An overall sketch of the process (evolution) that the Christian God sustains and by means of which this God brings into existence: creation.
Major Themes: An extension of the book, The Phenomenon of Man in physics (radial energy) and The Law of Complexity-Consciousness (community) by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.
Also Discussed: 1. The work of F.S.C. Northrop and H.S. Burr in the independent verification of Pierre Teilhard’s hypothesis of radial energy in 1935-1936 at Yale University. Experimental findings of this work were an electrical technique for the early detection of cancer and human ovulation (which has implications for solving the problem of abortion). 2. The work of the Arizona architect Paolo Soleri on the design of a new type of city, the arcology (a contraction of the two words, architecture and ecology). His work has applications for a structure which would foster community (psycho-social development, the furtherance of evolution).
