Class Description

This 4-hour workshop introduces you to an ancient Australian Aboriginal culture from the Centre Desert Region. Through the lives of two contemporary Aboriginal artists, you'll learn about Desert Culture, Dreamings and the origins of "dot painting". You’ll come to understand some symbols and create your own “Dreaming" using similar iconology. Absolutely NO painting or art training needed. All supplies provided. *PLEASE NOTE: This class only meets for two sessions on July 7th & 14th. Tuesdays, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm; July 7th & 14th In person: B4 Class limit: 12
