Class Description

In Other Rooms, Other Wonders by Daniyal Mueenuddin In Other Rooms, Other Wonders is a collection of linked short stories set primarily in Pakistan. These stories carry us from the mud huts of villagers to the decaying mansions of aging feudal lords. Mueenuddin reveals glimpses of the inner thoughts of Pakistan's underclass, yesterday's elites and freshly minted power brokers. This collection will resonate in one's heart and mind long after reading the last story. We may also watch related movies and documentaries, depending on class preferences.
