Class Description

The latest smartphones make photography easier than ever. Via presentations and feedback from assignments, learn how to better pre-visualize, compose, focus, expose, edit color tones, make panoramas, and share your story. Bring your fully charged phone to class — any brand is welcome, but if upgrading, the best cameras are by Apple, Samsung, and Google. If yours is older than 3 years, upgrading will noticeably improve Night Mode, sharpness, and speed. Upgrading from the basic model to a Pro or Ultra model featuring a telephoto lens (optical 3x, 4x or 5x) will splendidly magnify distant subjects and improve portraits. *PLEASE NOTE: This class will be held the first 5 weeks of the term.
